2. NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

Beckford solely acts as a commercial distributor, providing approved users with access to a private copytrading platform and an exclusive investor club. Beckford does not own, operate, or develop the copytrading algorithm and does not manage user funds or provide any financial advice. Users maintain full control over their trading accounts and capital.

3. ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP

  • Access to services is granted upon payment of an annual membership fee, which is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Access is private, subject to individual approval, and non-transferable.
  • Once access is granted, the user waives the right to any refund, except under the specific 24H Satisfaction Guarantee outlined in Section 4.
  • Beckford reserves the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.

4. 24-HOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Beckford offers a limited satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

“If the client using the copytrading, once properly configured and after relevant testing by our team, fails to generate net profit within the first twenty-four (24) hours of activation —during regular Forex trading hours (Monday to Friday)— the Client shall be entitled to request a full refund of the membership fee paid (not the amount invested), less any applicable payment processor fees. Profit is calculated based solely on the balance of the Client’s account, and only trades opened and closed by the algorithm shall be considered. Manual trades, capital withdrawals, or account equity changes will not be considered valid for this calculation. The refund request must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days from the implementation date. The Client must provide documentary proof that the copytrading was configured correctly as per our technical support guidelines, using the audiovisual documentation provided. Once eligibility is verified, the refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval.”

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Beckford does not guarantee any financial results or profits.
  • Beckford has no control over the performance of the copytrading algorithm, which is operated by an external third party.
  • Users operate under their own risk and discretion.
  • Beckford does not manage, supervise, or intervene in trading accounts or capital.
  • Beckford shall not be liable for any trading losses, technical issues, or user decisions.

6. RISK DISCLAIMER

By using the services, the user acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Trading in financial markets carries risk of partial or total loss of capital.
  • The use of algorithmic trading systems does not eliminate such risks.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • Beckford does not offer investment advice or any personalized recommendations.
  • Users are solely responsible for their accounts and should seek independent financial advice where appropriate.

7. RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

The services provided by Beckford are not available to residents or entities located in the following jurisdictions:

  • Canada
  • China
  • Singapore
  • Any country subject to sanctions by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)

Accessing the platform from these territories constitutes a violation of these Terms. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country of residence.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including but not limited to logos, texts, designs, and platform functions, is the exclusive property of Beckford Group LLC or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

  • Any dispute between the user and Beckford shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
  • Class actions are expressly prohibited. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
  • Arbitration shall be the exclusive first method of resolution unless otherwise required by applicable national law.
